Functional Responsibilities
Senior Program Manager Masters degree required. Fourteen years experience with 2 years experience in a technical management role. During the 14 years, senior program manager shall have developed a nationally renowned reputation, as evidenced by publications, patents, and prestigious awards.
  • Provide administrative and technical leadership in completion of multiple contracts, including responsibility for cost, schedule, and overall performance.
  • Plan and procure necessary staff to achieve work completion milestones and deliverables.
  • Direct investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
  • Develop detailed staffing requirements, assignments, and plans to meet customer needs.
Supervisor Bachelors degree required. Ten years experience is required with 1 year of expertise in a supervisory role.
  • Manage expenditures of material, travel, and labor hours for contracts.
  • Perform manpower planning and staffing for assigned group and support division manpower planning.
  • Present program reviews for upper management.
  • Interact with customers to obtain new business and monitor current contract work.
Program Manager/Lead Bachelors degree required in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Twelve years experience is required.
  • Directs, plans, organizes, and controls the project to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in an effective and timely manner. Must have eight years experience in managing multiple concurrent task and projects, serving as point of contact with the customer, formulating and enforcing work standards, developing schedules, reviewing work discrepancies and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization, and managing funds and resources.
Senior Research Engineer Scientist Master degree required in Engineering, Physical Sciences and eight years experience is required. This labor category requires personnel with a demonstrated innovative and research capability. Demonstration of this capability shall be by evidence of publication of research papers or reports, or development of innovative processes or products, or the award of patents.
  • Plans and conducts testing on an assigned project to prove or modify theoretical propositions on the basis of comments in the literature field, established research findings, and the experience of other staff members in the technological area. Interacts with other research staff.
  • Discusses progress and interim findings at monthly technical review meetings. Continues with project in original concept or modifies direction based on commentary and decision of technical review committee.
  • Sets up prototype equipment and uses experimental materials to test theories developed.
  • Works with customer line and technical personnel to test out theories and/ or findings.

Assoc Engineer / Scientist Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences and cero year of experience required.
  • Performs at an entry and/or development level. Will perform routine engineering, scientific, or analytical work requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related tasks. Works under the direction of a senior-related position.
Engineering Aide Personnel in this labor category shall be enrolled in an accredited BS program.
  • Plans and directs the construction of prototypes to meet customer and internal requirements.
  • Assists engineering department in regard to product redesign to resolve product or production difficulties.
  • Maintains company-required performance/ maintenance records for electronic & electrical equipment.
CAD Operator Four years of experience preparing drawings, schematics, etc. using computer hardware and software related to Computer Aided Design (CAD) products
  • Prepares wiring diagrams, electronic schematics, and engineering drawings using software-driven graphics programs. Utilizing automated drafting and drawing system, produces engineering drawings and 2D/3D graphics with animation for training programs and simulators. Provides direction to junior CAD Operators
Drafter IV Eight years of drafting experience in the mechanical, computer, electrical, or electronics fields
  • Provides team leadership during the performance of large and complex systems drafting projects. Applies both electronic circuitry and drafting knowledge to prepare the design of systems, structure, or electronic circuits for complex systems. Develops, updates, and approves required new and enhanced design documentation prior to submission to the customer. Performs all work in accordance with established standards. May manage a project
Drafter III Six years of drafting experience in the mechanical, computer, electrical, or electronics fields.
  • May provide team leadership during the performance of complex systems drafting projects. Applies both technical and drafting knowledge to prepare the design of systems, structures, or electronic circuits for components of both complex and non-complex systems. Develops, updates, and may approve new and enhanced design documentation prior to submission to the customer. Actively participates in the development and progress of junior personnel. Performs all work in accordance with established standards.
Drafter II Three years of drafting experience in the mechanical, computer, electrical, or electronics fields.
  • Applies both technical and drafting knowledge to prepare the design of simple mechanical or electronic systems. Develops and updates new and enhanced design documentation prior to submission to the customer. Performs all work in accordance with established standards
Drafter I One year of drafting experience in the Mechanical, computer, electrical, or electronics fields.
  • Applies both technical and drafting knowledge to prepare the design of simple mechanical or electronic systems. Develops and updates new and enhanced design documentation prior to submission to the customer. Performs all work in accordance with established standards
Procurement Specialist II Four years of experience
  • Four years of experience providing administrative or technical support to Government, military, or industry Procurement operations, with specialization in the functional area required by the assignment (e.g., procurement, purchasing, contract administration, or pricing). Knows the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures (including those related to automation/computing) relative to the assignment. Exposure to or experience with Government acquisition processes and regulatory directives such as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) relative to the assignment. Advanced levels of specialty training in areas such as business, procurement, purchasing, contract administration/law, accounting, or pricing may be required for particular assignments. Capable of completing difficult assignments, working unsupervised, and decision making.
Procurement Specialist I Two years of experience
  • Two years of experience providing administrative or technical support to Government, military, or industry Procurement operations, with specialization in the functional area required by the assignment (e.g., procurement, purchasing, contract administration, or pricing). Knows the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures (including those related to automation/computing) relative to the assignment. Exposure to or experience with Government acquisition processes and regulatory directives such as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) relative to the assignment.
Technical Writer / Illustrator High school or equivalent required. Shall have four years total experience in the following areas: English, technical writing, usage of state-of-the-art office equipment used for professional report generation. An illustrator shall have 4 years total experience in the following areas: generating illustrations, art work, charts, and graphs, using state-of-the-art office equipment used for producing professional briefing and report materials
  • Responsible for quality control, production, and distribution of documents in accordance with customer requests and schedules.
  • Utilize appropriate computer software.
  • Completes projects with minimum supervision.
  • Proofs carefully to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency in the work produced.
  • Prepares artwork with appropriate compositions, layout and design in accordance with military, commercial or company specifications and standards.

Senior Administrative High school or equivalent required. Shall have four years total experience required

Jr. Technician High school or equivalent required. Cero years experience required
  • Assist in providing technical support to the Engineers, Scientists, Analysts, Sr Technicians, and Specialists working in such areas as research design, development, monitoring or testing. Works from schematics diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or directions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting functions of various processes and functions. Conducts engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect design data or assist in research work.
Principal Investigator Engineering, Physical Science, Math, Management Information Systems, CS, or Business and twenty five years experience is required.
  • Responsible for lead investigations related to engineering design, studies, integration, and support. Guides and supervises subordinate scientists, engineers, analysts, and technicians in these investigations. Develops technical scopes, plan schedules and estimate costs. This position requires individuals regarded as subject matter experts in their field(s) of service.
Executive Consultant Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering, MIS, Math or other Science related field and fiftheeen years experience is required.
  • Serves as a senior advisor/analyst to customer's executive management team in a variety of capacities. Provides advice and expertise in competitive sourcing, outsourcing methods, value chain analysis, strategic planning, process improvement methods, change enablement and management, site-selection, and consolidation of operations. May serve as the project lead for either a contract or task. May serve as the primary customer point of contact for an activity.
Senior Business Consultant Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering, MIS, Math or other Science related field and seven years experience is required.
  • Manages tasks or contracts for a single customer and is responsible for technical, management, and cost performance. Performs work in a variety of operational areas or in a single consulting area. Performs competitive sourcing, outsourcing methodologies, value chain analysis, strategic planning, process improvement methodologies, change enablement and management, site-selection, and consolidation of operations. Develops training curriculum to meet the unique needs of a particular customer's requirements.
Business Consultant Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering, MIS, Math or other Science related field and five years experience is required.
  • Supports tasks for one or multiple customers. May lead a specific task in support of a particular customer. Facilitates working groups and sessions, design schedules, conduct analyses, develop models, write reports, prepare presentations and present results.
Business Analyst Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Engineering, MIS, Math or other Science related field and five years experience is required.
  • Supports tasks as required to meet specific customer requirements. Performs similar tasks as the Business Consultant. Performs data collection and data reduction/consolidation requirements.
